Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Most medical equipment and supply orders are fulfilled directly from our authorized distribution centers, including McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc., to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost.
  • Backordered or Specialty Items: Some items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of any expected delays before shipment.

Verisola Inc. makes every effort to meet delivery estimates; however, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, inventory availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or McKesson’s authorized logistics partners.

All products are shipped FOB Destination, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer only after the order is delivered to the specified destination.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.

Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free standard shipping (if applicable and advertised on our website).

5. Payment Upon Delivery

Verisola Inc. customers are charged only upon confirmed delivery of their order.

This means:

  • Payment is processed once products have been delivered and received in good condition.
  • If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, no charges will be applied until resolution.
  • For recurring or invoice-based customers, the payment period begins on the date of delivery, consistent with our supplier terms.

This ensures customers only pay for products that have been successfully received.

6. Delivery Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery.

If any products arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact Verisola Inc. within 3 business days of receipt.

Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require photos or return of packaging for claims.

7. Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Policy)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date the product is received, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not a custom-ordered, special-order, or hygiene-sensitive product (such as braces, supports, or mobility equipment that has been used or fitted).
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

To initiate a return, contact team@verisola.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to medical regulations, certain products (e.g., prescription-based DME or controlled medical supplies) may only be shipped to licensed facilities or verified customers.

We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations.

9. Risk of Loss & Title

In accordance with our supplier terms, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

Verisola Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

Verisola Inc. is not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

In such cases, we will work with our suppliers and carriers to minimize disruption and keep customers informed.
