1. Items Eligible for Return

Because of strict hygiene standards and healthcare regulations, only certain products may be returned. Items are generally accepted for return if:

The product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.

The request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.

The item was incorrectly shipped, arrived damaged, or is defective.

The item is not customized or specially manufactured for the buyer.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or assembled items unless they are defective. Additionally, the following items are considered non-returnable unless they are faulty:

Mattresses, bedding accessories, or seat cushions

Personal or hygiene products such as incontinence items

Opened CPAP masks or oxygen-related equipment

Bathroom aids (e.g., raised toilet seats, commodes)

Customized mobility or orthopedic devices

2. How to Submit a Return Request

A brief explanation of the return reason

Photos showing any damage or product defect (if applicable)

Confirmation that the item is in original, unused condition

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address. Items sent back without an RMA may be declined or returned to you at your expense.

3. Restocking Policy

Returns not related to errors or defects may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the product. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs and will be deducted from your total refund.

Some states prohibit restocking fees; in such cases, applicable laws will prevail.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

If your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is safely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.
